Privacy Collection Notice: You understand that the personal information you have provided in your membership application is necessary for the conduct and management of #BC, bowls activities and for the administration of bowls in Victoria generally, and that it is collected by #BC and Bowls Victoria in accordance with the #BC & Bowls Victoria privacy policies (available from Club or BV website). You acknowledge that #BC and Bowls Victoria may use or disclose your personal information for the purposes of providing you with member services or promotional material or otherwise in accordance their privacy policies. You agree that #BC and Bowls Victoria may share your information with third parties such as affiliates and other organisations involved in bowls in Victoria; companies engaged by #BC and/or Bowls Victoria to carry out functions and activities on their behalf including direct marketing; #BC’s and/or Bowls Victoria's professional advisers, including accountants, auditors, lawyers and insurers; however you acknowledge that your information is not generally disclosed to anyone outside Australia.

You understand that #BC and Bowls Victoria privacy policies contain information about how you may access, and request correction of your personal information held by #BC or Bowls Victoria or make a complaint about the handling of your personal information and provides information about how a complaint will be dealt with by #BC or Bowls Victoria. You acknowledge that your membership application may be rejected if the information required by #BC and/or Bowls Victoria is not provided. If you do not wish to receive promotional material from the

sponsors of #BC and/or Bowls Victoria and third parties, you must advise #BC and/or Bowls Victoria in writing or via the opt-out procedures provided in the relevant communication.
